Can I setup a PayPal Subscription for recurring payments?

Yes. You will find the "Subscribe with PayPal" button available on any invoice. Please note that the invoice must have a due date more than 1 day in the future (you cannot setup a subscription based on an overdue invoice). If you subscribe to an overdue invoice then your next invoices will not be paid in time it will always be overdue.
